| Our Favorite Place on Earth - Ölüdeniz
Ölüdeniz is a very special place for us. It was here that we saw a paraglider for the first time. It was here that we took our first (tandem) flights. It was here that we met the pilots at Sky Sports, who have become our close friends. We have visited Ölüdeniz eight times and we plan to return again. Turkey is a wonderful vacation destination and Ölüdeniz is like heaven on earth. They have ideal weather conditions from May through September, beautiful beaches, fabulous food and wine (and Raki), adventure activities in the air, on the water and on land, historical sites and antiquities and fun and friendly people with a fascinating culture. The dollar goes far here. There is no need to rent a car because everything you need is within walking distance from a number of nice hotels.
